The Elsim is a new low voltage electric stimulation equipment for carcasses of beef, lamb and other animals.

Electrical Stimulation (ES) is a well-know principle used to accelerate pH decline in carcasses with the objective to obtain best possible tenderness in meat.

Elstim can automatically choose profile on the basis of information made available from the carcass ID: category, age, size, breed etc.

Elstim will automatically provide a log of the electro stimulation profile applied and the estimation of the achieved stimulation parameters.

The Elstim is a very robust piece of equipment which is available in three versions: Basic (manual), Bleed Area (automatic) and Dehiding (automatic).
